The company requires a Qualification of a 16-year Degree MBA/MS preferably in Human Resources and a local/ foreign university recognized by HEC. candidate Post Qualification relevant experience a minimum of 15 years.
require Certification/courses in HR from institutions of high repute (national/international) will be a strong plus. 

2 Chief Legal Officer

requires a 16-year degree: LL.B./LL.M./Barrister at Law and Post Qualification relevant experience minimum of 15 years.
candidate must be A licensed advocate of the High Court & a Strong background in corporate, commercial law, and contract negotiations preferably related to the power sector at national and international levels.
Candidate exposure to work with Government and Regulatory Authorities required Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The Require Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or a recognized body of corporate chartered secretariesPerson holding. the required qulification is a 16 years degree in Business Administration or Commerce or Law Graduate from a University recognized by HEC and a candidate with at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in Government Departments/Semi-Government Organizations, Corporations, Autonomous bodies, or large Commercial Organizations or large Public Limited Companies or repute. Chief Financial Officer

The required qulification is a 16-year Degree in the relevant subject(s) (such as MBA (Finance), ACA, ACCA, ACMA, or CFA) from an HEC-recognized local foreign university
Post Qualification relevant experience minimum of 15 years Membership of a recognized body of professional accountants financial experts Broad knowledge and experience of finance, investments treasury operations, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Chief Internal Auditor

Membership of a recognized body of professional accountants and certified internal auditors certified fraud examiners or certified internal control Officers requires a 16-year Degree in Finance from a local/foreign University recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). At least 10 years of relevant audit experience.
Thorough understanding of GAAP and internal audit standards for the power sector at national and international levels.
Strong working knowledge of data analysis software(s). require Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits, Remuneration, Tenure, and age limit

1. The positions carry pay/salary & perks as per BOD-approved policy.
2. Maximum age should be more than 55 years as of the closing date.
3. The positions will be filled on a contract basis, initially for two (02) years from the date of appointment with six (06) months probation period. The Board extends the contract for three (03) years maximum subjected to satisfactory performance based on performance appraisal/achievement of KPIs.
4. The contract service shall neither be regularized nor pensionable at any stage in the future under the Government Rules.
