 The post of Junior Engineers (Electrical)/SDO, only for Sr. 01.2) General age relaxation has already been included in the age mentioned against each category. No further age relaxation is allowed in the prescribed age limit except for candidates belonging to scheduled castes and Buddhists are allowed 3 years of relaxation. The upper age limit is relaxable up to a maximum of 10 years for disabled persons. 3) Government Servants/WAPDA/DISCOS employees who have completed two years of continuous Government/WAPDA/DISCOS service on the closing date for receipt of applications, the age limit is permissible up to 43 years for posts of BPS-17 (Sr. 1 & 2) and 40-years for the posts of Commercial Assistant, Line Superintendent. All quotas (where applicable) will be observed as per GEPCO Employment policy.5) Candidates who are applying for the posts of Sr. 1 & 2 shall be eligible to apply all over the Pakistan basis.6) Candidates who are applying for the post of Commercial Assistant, Line Superintendent (Grade 1) or line Superintendent (Grade II) shall be eligible to apply on having domicile of Gujranwala, Hafizabad, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, Sialkot, Narowal & Wazirabad districts only (Sr. 3,4 & 5).7) Candidates who don't have PEC Registration are not eligible to apply for the post of Junior Engineers (Electrical)/SDO at St.01.8) Only qualified/eligible candidates will be allowed to appear in the Written Test. At the time of the interview, candidates must provide a departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) wherein the date of appointment and the nature of their employment (eg, Regular, Contract, etc.) should be clearly described. 13) Candidates, if selected, will be required to perform duties within the jurisdiction of GEPCO14) No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates for Test/Interview.15) Candidates applying against Disabled Quota must attach NADRA CNIC for Disabled Persons & Disability Certificate from the Assessment Board for Disabled Persons, such person will be considered for appointment subject to suitability. The candidates must mention the Nature of Disability while applying online to arrange particular arrangements for different assessments/phases as required.
