3. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) from an HEC-recognized university in relevant fields such as Business, Finance, IT, Law, Social Sciences, and Education.
• Specialized degrees required for IT, Finance, and Law positions (e.g., ACCA, CA, LLB, MBA).

Experience Requirements:

• Deputy Director Level: 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Assistant Director Level: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Officer Level: 1-year post-qualification experience.
